It's half past four, and as I mentioned this morning, my body just wants to sleep.
At least I've made a cup of tea, I just wonder if I'm going to be able to drink it.
Two hours and counting until the end of my shift.
Then I get to do it all over again tomorrow.

I have enjoyed reading your posts, once each morning for several weeks now.
But I thought I'd let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed reading your hourly updates today. Fascinating. I work in IT in London, a desk-bound job at the moment so its interesting to see whats happening on the streets. Keep it up please! wow

How do you do it?
Hurry up and wait, then face the patients... ugh. I'm impressed, and I don't envy you :( Mathieu Re:

Thanks for the blow-by-blow account of your day. A welcome and insightful distraction from my deskbound job. Hope it hasn't been too arduous for you to do.
