Re: Driving For The LAS (For Dummies) Pt1 (Assessment)
by Paul Medland
I too had to endure the "Test". Back in 1982 we travelled far and wide on the course, night drives doing Progressive driving down to Shaftesbury, Salisbury and all places dark and wet, then back to Waterloo before daylight. Every mistake we made corrected by a slap over knuckles with a ruler or even worse the ultimate correctional aid.... the wet finger stuck in your ear as you drove! It may be over twenty years now since i enrolled on that course, but the words 'Roadcraft' still send shivvers down my neck, and still out of the blue find myself repeating paragraphs from the book parrot fashion! Ever lasting punishment or what!

Welcome to Random Acts Of Reality, a Blog based in London, England, written by an E.M.T working for the London Ambulance Service. Also, number one search result for "Womble porn". All names have be changed to protect the guilty. This Blog was previously known as "Why I Hate Humanity" but the antipsychotic medication seems to have kicked in.
