you have to be 'firm but fair' with the idiots of society.
Does a 'bang to the head' warrent a hospital visit if there is unknown loss of Consiousness, but all observations seem normal? and apart from a small cut to the head there is no other injury or deficite?
What would warrent an ambulance???
