good old telephone diagnoses.
to date we've had 1 "abdominal aortic aneurysm" diagnosed by a GP over the telephone, apparently he asked the patient to put the phone to his tummy.
(oh yes and children with chest infections needing hospitalisation of course. just put the phone to their chest.)
