I always hated those family confrontations. I had one son of a patient once who ran after us with a baseball bat. And people ask me why I don't work on an ambulance anymore.... Oh, and my favourite way to tell the fakers was always the hand drop. Rather unfortunate if they are not faking, but then they are unconscious and won't remember anyway.
