They were noisy, but seemed alright until the male completely over-reacted to the people outside his house. Partly why I think this is a long running thing... And it really _does_ help when the call-taker mentions that there is something out of the ordinary about the call - it lets us walk into a job awake, rather than half asleep like I normally do.
