I'm not in the NHS but work alongside a lot of people who do and are involved in this Agenda for Change mallarkey. We're up in the Highlands of Scotland and some of the NHS staff do odd jobs, or combinations of jobs that don't really have equivalents elsewhere, and there has been a lot of worry in the past about who the hell they're going to 'match' them with. Not sure where it's got to up here - I have a feeling that there has been the quiet resignation of 'we're buggered we are'.
