Yeah, when me and my girlfriend were in Malaga we met a couple of English guys trying to order chips in an italian restaurant, from a poor woman who didn't have a clue what they were saying. We helped them out, and, after they found out we were from New Zealand, Gaz (the loquacious one) said that he had an uncle that lived in New Zealand for years, and loved every minute of it. Did complain once, apparently. A pom not whinging when 'abroad'? That must be a first. ;-)
