Well that's one good reason to turn off anonymous comments. IMHO. It's your blog and you write whatever you like, most of us will read it all perfectly happily. Having said that (!), I did wonder whether you saw this article in the Guardian the other day http://society.guardian.co.uk/mrsa/story/0,15825,1563141,00.html about potential problems caused by ambulance crews having to clean their own vehicles, and whether you had any thoughts on the subject?
