My dad had just such a mole and he would have died had he not got treatment. You may have to play dirty. Moms may be the masters of the guilt trip, but they're susceptible too. I'd have to drag out a bunch of drama about the supposed grandchildren who'd never know their grandmother because she ignored a cancer that ate her alive, etc. etc.
