No problems (actually, can I nick that for a post?) - you've have pretty much said all that I would have said to Chump. Or much in a much shorter paragraph. Agenda for change is one huge screw-up, but the job itself is one of the best jobs in the world, no matter the age/experience. I'd recommend this job to most people.
