Personally I prefer the background image you already use, possibly with different text. Alternatively, why not post a photo of your RRU?
Of the 2 banners, I like the concept of 1 but the text is poorly done. 2 is a nice idea but too hard to read. If you like the effect, then possibly put a white copy of the text above it at 50% opacity
