Sounds like food poisoning to me. Our physician told me if you became ill with stomach/digestive ailments within three hours of eating, you're likely to be a victimof food poisoning. Is it possible to report them to your local public health/sanitation department (or the UK equivalent)? They ought not be permitted to continue sickening their clientele.
