You need proper British tea, blended to be served with milk for a start - I can recommend Tetley. Also use pasteurised milk, not UHT or sterilised. Put teabag in mug. Pour on properly boiling water (the second the kettle clicks off). Swish bag around for a minute or so. Fish out bag. Add milk to taste. Easy :)
