If I read that as a non-medical person then it would hold more interest for me than reading an everyday medical textbook - so well done (again). You have hit the right balance by giving the readers a character to relate to as opposed to lecturing them about their own possible shortcomings and lack of knowledge. Keep them coming Tom!
