Yeah, I know about giving morphine for pain relief after other considerations, it's just with the recent push to use morphine more in cases where it's justified, it's usage has been discussed a lot. It's infrequent, but there are places in the Beacons where the casualty would be at least an hour from the road, unless we get a lift from the nice guys in the big yellow taxi. Cheers.
