It's kind of the reason I've taken up cycling, and I do feel a lot better for it. Given my rotating rota, I'm not sure that paying out for a gym is a good idea - part of the reason I haven't done so previously (although that might just be an excuse).
And I'm not about to stop blogging...I enjoy it way too much.
