Do the lightbox, if you haven't got many money worries- read taht again, the darkness really has gotten to your brain. I also simply got a bunch of full spectrum lightbulbs- since I do have money worries. And just that does seem to help. Google it, there are a bunch of brands out there, and I don't own stock in any of them (dammit).
