Our maps are pretty useless too. In particular, callers in Thamesmead and Enfield Island Village cause us a real headache, because they live somewhere that doesn't exist according to us. It's quite funny watching the cartoon ambulances on the mapping -- when they go to one of these places it appears that they're driving into some kind of abyss, never to return.
