All the First Aid trainers from our company teach exactly that whatever the level of First Aid, give clear, concise directions including landmarks. send someone out to meet and greet if it is an awkward location to find (good way of removing those who are panicing as well).
In your humble opinion what would be better if you cant get a postcode for a location? OS Grid reference? Longtitude/Latitude nearest road junction or something else?
