God, but I would love to make a couple of them, with their nice big leather-upholstered company cars that executives have to have, sit in a room with a woman who is losing her baby and bleeding and crying and begging for help and pain relief, and let them be the ones to say "sorry, we don't pay enough to retain enough qualified ambulance staff in London, so there isn't an ambulance available right now..."
