Alright? Well, she's still alive, and getting treatment.
BTW the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) is a little larger than Luxembourg. Population 300,000. A 20 min response time from the Ambulance is remarkably good, all things considered. Fortunately one of the 2 hospitals in the ACT with ER rooms was only 20 km (13 miles) away, almost next door.
