Can't agree that with those that say this should be handled sensitively. Those parents should be taken into the room with their daughter's body, and told, as plainly as this "You killed your daughter with your smoke. Your daughter would be alive if you had not smoked". Then they should be charged with manslaughter.
No, I'm not very sympathetic.
