I bet the person who complained about this is also one of those people who always has a story to tell about people waiting a long time for ambulances whilst ambulance crews are "parked at A+E having a cup of tea". These people really annoy me and I try to be patient when I explain to them that those ambulance crews are taking a break and ask them if they ever have a break or a cup of tea whilst at work, and whether they think one only earns tea breaks by doing gruelling office tasks, and not by tearing round London trying to save people's lives.
