All those flashing lights. So many colours. The way out sirens. No hassle. Just plug in the electric shocky thingy and BAM. One live patient. No blood. No jammed roads. Clear track through casualty. No having to dodge trolleys loaded with near dead patients in corridors. It's such a great life.
More chance of getting shot though.
