Wow, what an ad. I can only think that recruiting in the Black and Latino communities is a really good idea.
But then I think about Bringing out the Dead, and EMTs I have known who report low wages and abysmal working conditions...
Still, the ER nurses I know think rather highly of the EMTs they work with.
