That is madness! When we need more dedicated people in health care, the powers that be have decided to take away the small amout of money we get. From what I can tell people don't work in the NHS for the pay (I don't, tho I do enjoy geting paid), they work for the job. But take away the small amount we get paid, and moral is going to slip, more than just a little, people are going to leave. In my office there is currently an exodus going on as people are being pooed on from a great hight due to AFC. I hope the frontline staff get whats needed.
