What are the rules in the UK on implied consent?
I think over here you could probably justify "treating" him without his permission on the basis he is too pissed to make a rational decision and is endangering his own life. Just like if a patient jumps out of your truck and wanders onto a highway, you can grab them. With intoxication it's always a grey area though.
