This is just plain ageism. They're going to have to stop calling them "care" homes, after everything I've read recently that's the last thing that happens in them.
BTW - nice to have met you today Reynolds! Hope it wasn't too weird for you, I didn't really know what to say. Hope you didn't have too crappy a day in the car.
