How come ambulances can charge for attending road accidents but not for having to attend this kind of thing? It seems a little (well a lot actually) illogical to me. Am I being over simplistic? Civil procedures to cover the costs, or at least some of them, of this kind of unnecessary call out. The crew could decide on completion of a job if it warranted charging or not....
