Can I ask you about "paramedics", the kind of people who do emergency response and yet are also trained to give certain medication and therapies? If you were a paramedic, you would not have to wait for a nurse or roving doctor to solve simple problems. we have paramedic teams here in Ontario. Do you have them in London? Would you feel a bit less frustrated if you were one?
