I am going into the health field now and I know that ignorance is bliss. When you learn about all of the what ifs, and maybe so it is very scary and concerning. I think you did an amazing job in persuading and in some cases you don't have time to go through the process of explaining in everyday terms and being polite. Our job as a health care professional is to take care of our patients. If they get mad because we seem rude so be it if we are saving their life. Thats my thought on the matter. Keep up the good work.
