Hmm... I would have though that in an urban environment, a response time of over an hour for any job would be regarded as less than brilliant (and that's including the maternataxis and grazed-knees complaints). I don't know how it is over there, by any means, but in Melbourne I can't think of too many jobs, even like a broken toe, that would take more than an hour to get a truck... unless it was a really busy day.
As I said originally, I think the grid worked fine. I'm just surprised that even the lowest priority job took that long.
