It's interesting how it is different around the world.
In NZ, if we don't get return of spontaneous circulation after 30 minutes of resuscitation we cease efforts at the scene and provide support while waiting for the police.
We would rarely, if ever, transport a cardiac arrest patient who had no response to the resus.
