Not quite on the same topic but I thought you might find this interesting. They've introduced "drunk tents" in some cities to deal with the after effects of over indulgence, mind we're not talking chronic overindulgence here more binge drinking disorder than traditional alcoholism (if I'm making sence give me a gold star if not, I'm sorry).
