Nothing will change. There are far too many demented vunerable old people out there, and 90% of the voters don't give a monkeys anyway. What can you do? Take a smelly batty old lady home with you at the end of the shift? I don't think so. Take one, take 'em all. And where would you put them? And did I mention the smell?
