You can now do them online at http://www.mhra.gov.uk/home/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=288 From what you've said regarding the timings, this looks like a pretty clear-cut case where the medicine was the cause, and info regarding reactions in kids is always very carefully looked at by the MHRA.
