We don't really 'do' work experience. Actually there is no way of joining until you are 17+ (and that's to start the 3 year degree course). You could always join one of the volunteer services like St. John or British Red Cross, I believe that they both have cadet schemes.
I'd also start saving up the money to get a 'C1' on your driving license...
Your school careers advisor may be able to arrange something in the ambulance service though, but I doubt it'l be out on the road.
