Reynolds, Not sure what your point is here, twice people complained about you and on both occasions your behaviour was vindicated! Surely the system works. I'd guess you're after a system where either no-one can complain or that every complaint should be met with the phrase "Reynolds is a good bloke, he would never do that". Neither of those methods seem very safe to me. DSO
