As above, IOSH is a good place to start looking.
The IOSH Managing Safely course is a good start, but as a HSR, you will probably need a bit more depth - the NEBOSH General Certificate is (IMHO) probably the way to go. About 20 study days, a bunch of homework, and 3 exams at the end.
