I absolutely agree. There has been a lot said lately on this topic regarding freedom of choice. Anyone remember the 'naked rambler'? he was in the news repeatedly last year for exercising his freedom of choice to hike the length of the country naked except for his boots and a rucksack. He kept getting arrested. Apparently you can't wear (or in his case NOT wear) what you like in this country just because you believe you have the right to do so.
