That way your "failings" should mean that the £3M lost to another place will come back your way. Tadaa! On that pay "rise" issue - one has to wonder sometimes how people have the sheer audacity to 'reward' people working under some of the toughest conditions with a pay rise BELOW the rate of inflation - they might as well say, "Here!
