Despite the HCC's ridiculous conclusions, it is very, very good that your boss said : - “This report will come as a disappointment to our staff who have worked so hard in the past 12 months,” said Peter. “I am proud of what we have achieved in the past year – I am proud of my staff and I know the public of London are as well.” You know you are valued by the people who understand what you do and its complexities.
