Thanks Steve. The thing is, my PDA has a camera and a 'flash' on it. The flash is actually an incredibly blinding torch that would burn your retina if you get too close to it. So I can use that rather than the torch utilities you mention.
(Although I did have one of those utils when I was stil using my Dell PDA)
