I don't know why, but of all the things mentioned in that post, the one that is getting me most is the "pillows and blankets". I mean, for pity's sake, pillows and blankets. It's hardly a state-of-the-art scanner or an operating suite or even (heaven forbid) ten extra nurses and three extra doctors for the department... it's a few bits of textiles per bed.
