I saw first hand experience of someone in an ambulance *NOT* getting seen quickly (she thought she would).
It was absolutely hilarious.
Completely pissed. In a ball dress. Ambulance dropped her outside the main entrance and left her to walk in on her own.
Bloody priceless!
