Can't think of a more challenging place to do A&E work, for me that was what drew me in and that's what keeps me here. Besdies London is also full of all that is good (as well as bad) about the country, a multi-cultural 24hour society. I'm still proud to be an adoptive Londoner, I'm proud to work in the NHS and proud of the LAS. For all of their faults it can still be the best job in the world.
