I fully agree. With the classic 'cries for help' all they want is attention. In a never cycle now matter how much attention they get (or don't get) their only answer is more of the same. It's the same with jumpers on a ledge. If the whole street was cleared they would soon come down fo their own accord. Many months ago I saw a program on C4 where this fellow filmed his wife walking out on him. She had since settled with someone else and was happy. Yet every night this chap sat in front of the TV playing the recording over and over again and crying all evening - every evening. And he wondered why his wife never wanted to see him again. Some people just can't see they are they are cause of their own troubles.
