Greetings from downunder! Fascinating reading from my perspective of a soon to be paramedic or nurse (to be decided over the upcoming month). I think many of the issues you touch on are familiar to Australian readers - particularly overstretched ambos and A&E departments. In addition, there appears to be a growing shortage of GP's/Doctors in Australia at present which is not helping. You write very well by the way- thanks for your insight.
