Too much reliance upon GPS is bad. I have a better system. It's called the Ordnance Survey and they have lots of nice spiral bound books with street maps in.
An old friend of mine couldn't read and he got lost going home to North Wales once. He followed the signs starting with 'North' and ended up in Northumberland :o(
